Under the World Anti-Doping Code, IV infusions or injections of more than 100 mL in any 12-hour period are prohibited for tested athletes unless they're given in a hospital, during surgery or clinical investigation, or with an approved Therapeutic Use Exemption (TUE). That includes plain saline and vitamins.
Most competing IV companies never mention this. We ask about it before every athlete booking.
